FishSUMS: A partial ecosystem model
This is an R package implementation of a length-structured partial ecosystem model. A target set of fish species are modelled with full length structure from egg to adult, together with a highly simplified size-spectrum representation of the rest of the ecosystem.

SALWRD: Scottish Salmon Sea-Ages from Length or Weight and Return-Date
A web application that assists anglers and fishery managers in Scotland determine the sea ages (number of “sea-winters”: 1SW or grilse; 2SW; 3SW or older) of captured salmon. This can now be achieved with high confidence (for over 95% of captured salmon) if the size of the fish and its date of capture is known, using a simple credit-card-sized look-up table that may readily be carried whilst fishing.

StrathE2E: Marine Food Web Model
StrathE2E is a marine food web model of intermediate complexity which represents a spatially aggregated shelf sea region.
