Scotland’s first national Spinout Summit brought more than 400 innovators, investors and policy leaders together at the University of Strathclyde’s Sir Jim McDonald Technology & Innovation Centre to celebrate the country’s fast‑growing spinout ecosystem.

Powered by the Scottish Government’s Spinout Pipeline Project the event showcased how universities are accelerating research into high‑growth companies and shaping Scotland’s future economy.

Speakers including Deputy First Minister Kate Forbes and Chief Entrepreneur Ana Stewart joined sector leaders to spotlight Scotland’s opportunity to lead in life sciences, clean tech, advanced manufacturing and quantum.
