Students & the Equality Act 2010

The Equality and Human Rights Commission has produced guidance on what equality law means for you as a student. This explains equality rights for students in higher education. All higher education institutions have legal obligations placed by the Equality Act 2010 prohibiting discrimination, harassment or victimisation against students.
