ExHALE runs regular free and inclusive social activity initiatives as well as one-off challenges and events to encourage staff and students to get more active and meet new people.

This walk covers the delightful mural trail around Glasgows city centre. Staff and students both welcome.

|Walk and Talk (Organised through StrathActive at the Sports Union)||
This is a friendly wellbeing walk around the university campus, whilst having an informal chat with the uni's Hear to Listen and StrathActive volunteers. Both staff and students welcome.
