ExHALE runs regular free and inclusive social activity initiatives as well as one-off challenges and events to encourage staff and students to get more active and meet new people.

This is a friendly wellbeing walk around the university campus, whilst having an informal chat with the uni's Hear to Listen and StrathActive volunteers. Both staff and students welcome. |
