Strath Cafes

We have a variety of places to eat all over campus. Whether you're here for lectures, studying or just visiting, you won't go hungry!

Aura

Handmade deli rolls, wraps and baguettes, jumbo sausage rolls, vegan pasties and more. Pop in; it's a great place to have a casual catch-up over a coffee.

Aura Café takes cash and card payments.

Flava

Flava Café, located on the ground floor of the Andersonian Library, provides great tasting Neapolitan Pizza cooked fresh on site whole or by the slice, as well as customisable sub rolls with a wide variety of fillings, hot or cold.

Salad bar at Grab and Go.

Grab and Go

Sticking around the Learning and Teaching building? Grab and Go features a self-service zero waste salad bar where you can pay your weigh. Remember to bring your own tub to save 30p and the environment and fill with as much or as little as you need!

The café also provides an express food service during breakfast and lunch for students and staff offering hot and cold beverages and snacks, smoothies, breakfast pots and homemade baked goods such as croissants, muffins, and cronuts.

Sports Café

Need a post-workout fix? Sports Café in the sports centre offers a health-conscious menu including superfood salads, smoothies and a range of plant-forward and gluten free options. Protein shakes and bars are also available for your gains and bulking needs.

Starbucks Pod

Visit the Starbucks pod in the entrance of the library for your quick caffeine fix and chose from our selection of sandwiches, snacks, confectioneries, and cold drinks to keep you going.

Opening times: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 4 pm, Nov 27 to Dec 8 exam period, 8.30am to 9pm

 

Street Food Bites

Synergi2Go

Located at the entrance of TIC, the coffee cart, serves great quality, great tasting barista coffee that has been sourced, blended, and roasted in Glasgow by the experts at Matthew Algie’s carbon-neutral roastery.

Soft drinks, confectionary, cakes and snacks also available.

Location: Technology & Innovation Centre

Opening times: Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 3 pm

Caffeine Lab

Located via the entrance of the James Weir Building, Caffeine Lab offers Glasgow roasted Mathew Algie Coffee that has been specifically sourced and blended to create amazing flavours. In addition to the house blend, Caffeine Lab will offer speciality roasts throughout the year.

In addition to hot beverages, you will find homemade cakes, paninis, toasties, and soup, along with a range of confectionary and soft drinks.
