Strathclyde Cares Finance

Students from a care background are eligible to apply for a University of Strathclyde Care's Scholarship Award. If you indicate on your UCAS application form that you come from a care background and you receive an offer to study an undergraduate degree, you'll automatically receive details and an application form for the scholarship.

Even if you don't mention your care background on your UCAS form, you can still apply for the scholarship.

If successful, students are awarded £1,250 per academic year for the duration of their degree to help with the costs of being a student.

If you have any questions or would like further information, please contact Deborah Duncan, Care Adviser (d.duncan@strath.ac.uk).
