Freedom of Information Publication scheme
Under the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002, each public authority must have a Publication Scheme in place. The Scheme provides information in an easy to use form, so that people can access it without having to make a request for information.
The Scheme sets out what types of information the University publishes or intends to publish, how to access the information and whether there is a fee involved. The University of Strathclyde has adopted the Scottish Information Commissioner’s Model Publication Scheme.
