Organising an event

We recognise that good-quality food and drink, professionally-served by friendly, knowledgeable staff, are a fundamental part of your event, and we hope that our menus will complement your event - whether it's simply coffee served during a meeting, a networking lunch or elegant dining.

We cater for 20% vegetarian on all menu selections, unless otherwise advised, and can happily provide additional options to accommodate specific dietary requirements or intolerances, if notified a week in advance. Please do not hesitate to speak to your Event Manager for guidance.

We're committed to ensuring that the processes in which the food and drink we source, procure, serve and dispose of are conducted in an environmentally, socially and economically responsible manner.  Sustainability is incorporated into all aspects of our operations.  Find out more about some of the steps we are taking.

As part of our commitment to reduce and reuse food and beverage products, we bottle our own water on site. Our Vivreau system - with reusable glass bottles for pure chilled still and sparkling water - has had a dramatic impact on our carbon footprint. We provide the best quality water from the most local source, eliminating the need for costly and polluting transportation and packaging.
