We've developed an expansive network of international exchange programmes and hope to continue working closely with our partners in the coming years.
In addition to helping our home students study abroad, we warmly welcome many international students to Strathclyde.
We currently have exchange agreements ecompassing Europe, Canada and Asia.
The majority of exchanges are European focused, and were centred on the Socrates/Erasmus programme. We offer additional opportunities outwith the EU and have links to the USA and Australia in partnership with Strathclyde's Recruitment & International Office.
There are two opportunities to take exchange: Students on our BSc Architectural Studies degree may go on international exchange in Year 3. This converts their degree title to BSc Honours Architectural Studies with International Study (ARB/RIBA Pt1). Post-graduate students may have the opportunity to go on exchange in the final Year 5, (either on the Pg Dip in AAD or the second year of the two-year Masters programme.)
