Who do I contact for help with Library & IT enquiries?

The Information Services’ helpdesk service is the first point of contact for staff and students with Library or IT queries. We'll resolve your query whenever we can. If we are not able to do so, we'll pass on your query to the appropriate team on your behalf.

Our online Library & IT support portal is available 24/7.

If you need further support with your query, you can submit a ticket through the support portal or by email (help@strath.ac.uk). Our IS Enquiries team will respond to your query the next working day.

We continually monitor our key student and staff services. Any outages are automatically escalated to our IT Incident Management Team.
