The Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act 2002 (FOISA) provides a general right of access to recorded information held by the University of Strathclyde.

If the information requested relates to environmental information this will be covered by the Environmental Information (Scotland) Regulations (2004) (EIRs).

Please note, that the University already publishes a large amount of information, which can be accessed via the publication scheme.

If you wish to access information about yourself, however, this is not covered by Freedom of Information legislation.  This will be handled as a Subject Access Request under data protection legislation.
