If you have a Limited Access account or a Role account, and you know the current password for it, then you can change the password yourself, following the instructions below.

If you don't know the current password, and you need to have the password reset, then contact Information Services.

How to change the password on a Limited access account or Role account

  • If you are not on the University campus, then first you need to connect to the University's VPN.
  • Go to our update password page, and follow the instructions there.
