More detailed instructions on how to configure your mobile device for email can be found in the Mobile Device Setup Wizard in the Office365 environment.  You can navigate to the Setup Wizard from your Inbox by selecting Options > See all Options > Phone > Configure the Phone to Synchronise with Microsoft Exchange > Mobile Phone Setup Wizard.  From here you can select your device/ what you would like configured and you will be presented with instructions on how to set up email/ exchange email on your phone.
