[1] All users who have an H: drive can ask the Helpdesk for a larger quota.

[2] If you have access to a service, this does not necessarily mean you have access to every resource within that service. For example, I: drive, Strathcloud, SharePoint, MyPlace, and Pegasus all contain shared resources which are shared with specific users.

[3] Strathcloud has two types of account : "employee" (full access) and "client" (partial access).  As of Jan 2021, all new users are created as client accounts, and no new employee accounts are being issued : this is because the University recommends that Strathcloud users should transition to Office 365 (including OneDrive, Sharepoint and Teams).

[4] Applies to most electronic library resources. Some specific resources have different rules on who can have access. Please note, students who are "pre-registered" or "completed" will not have access to most electronic library resources.

[5] Limited Access accounts can all access i: drive, Strathcloud, SharePoint, MyPlace, and Eduroam. Once logged in, the resources they actually see will depend on what has been shared with them.
