Active input into development of talent engagement programme for digital health and care sector in Scotland
The centre provided insight in workshops conducted by Digital Health and Innovation (DHI) Scotland, alongside other industry experts, on how to attract and retain talent into the digital health and care sector in Scotland. Feedback from workshops will help outline work packages in a national talent recruitment and training programme, aimed at increasing attractiveness and visibility of career opportunities in the sector to both existing staff and new talent from other sectors.
