Payment options
There are a variety of ways to make a rent payment.
Upon receiving an accommodation offer, during the acceptance process, applicants will select a preferred payment frequency.
- There are three rent payment frequencies: Monthly, Termly or Pay in Full
- There are three payment options - Recurring Card Payment, Bank Transfer, Online Card Payment

Accommodation Bursary
Students from England, Northern Ireland, the Republic of Ireland, and Wales may be entitled to the Accommodation Bursary.
The University offers the Strathclyde Accommodation Bursary of £1,000 to new entrant undergraduate students who are:
- Staying in University accommodation
- From England, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland and Wales
- Paying tuition fees of £9,250 per year
