Important Notice

Undergraduate accommodation applications

Please be aware that due to the embargo on SQA and JCQ exam results, we are unable to access the accommodation portal or any related data during the following period:

From 18:00 on Monday 28th July until 10:00 on Tuesday 5^th August (UK Time)

From 18:00 on Thursday 7^th August until 08:00 on Thursday 14th August (UK Time)

As a result, we are unable to accept applications or respond to any accommodation-related enquiries during this time.

Undergraduate accommodation applications can be submitted between 10:00 on 5th August and 18:00 on 7th August.

Any queries received during the embargo will be addressed after 08:00 on 14th August 2025, when the embargo is lifted. We will also resume issuing offers of accommodation to undergraduate students from this date onward.

Please note that due to a high volume of enquiries following the embargo, there may be delays in our response times or difficulty reaching us by phone. Rest assured, our team will do their best to respond to all queries as promptly as possible.

Family accommodation

University accommodation is only suitable for single occupancy. If you require family accommodation please make use of the guidance provided to help you source alternative accommodation. We recommend that you book your accommodation in advance of travel to Glasgow.
