For those with experience in genealogy, the Postgraduate degree in Genealogical Studies provides a thorough grounding in the theory and practice of genealogical research, records, archives and heraldry.
Strathclyde’s genealogy program helped me to become an academically rigorous, creative, and humane practitioner. Because of my work in the program, I feel that I not only clearly defined a set of research interests and passions, but also the skills and sensitivity necessary to pursue related projects with a high standard of professionalism.
