Postgraduate taught Entry requirements

Pre-Masters preparation course
The Pre-Masters Programme is a preparation course for international students who do not meet the entry requirements for a Masters degree at University of Strathclyde. The Pre-Masters programme provides progression to a number of degree options.

English language requirements
If English isn’t your first language we need proof of your proficiency in English. We accept a number of English language tests. IELTS (Academic) is mostly widely available. Our current standard requirements are 6.5 overall (no individual band less than 5.5). Some courses have different standards. Get more information on these requirements.
