- Find your login credentials:
Check your personal email for a message titled “Access to your student account”. This contains your university login credentials.

Follow the instructions in the email to set up your University password and gain access to your University accounts and services. - Complete multi-factor authentication:
To keep your account secure, you'll need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA is the best way of keeping your account and your work secure and safe.

You can complete registration through StrathApp or Pegasus. We recommend using StrathApp for the best experience.

As a student studying at the Bahrain campus, you must upload supporting documents as part of the Bahrain Higher Education Council (HEC) registration process.
In your online registration checklist, you will see a requirement called ‘Registration Documents’, which contains a link for uploading the documents that we are required to submit to HEC for your registration.
As an undergraduate student studying at the Bahrain campus, you will normally need to upload:
- a copy of your passport - choose document type photo identification page
- a copy of your CPR card - choose document type Bahrain CPR card
- your High School Certificate - choose document type Bahrain school transcript
- your Ministry of Education Certificate - choose document type Bahrain Ministry of Education certificate
Please choose the correct document type when uploading your documents, as this will allow your registration checklist to update more quickly. Documents uploaded with the correct document type will be updated automatically once approved by a member of staff. If an incorrect document type is selected, a member of staff will need to manually update your registration checklist, which may take longer.
Postgraduate students
As a Postgraduate Taught (PGT) student studying at the Bahrain campus, you must also upload a copy of your previous degree certificate in addition to the undergraduate documents.
Our staff will review your uploaded documents and will contact you if any additional information is required. As document requirements can vary depending on your residency or citizenship status in Bahrain, some students may be asked to provide further supporting documents to those outlined.
Please allow a few days for your documents to be checked and approved. Once approved, the red cross on your registration checklist will be updated to a green tick.
If you have any questions about the required documents or experience any issues uploading them, please contact studentexperience-bahrain@strath.ac.uk.
Continuing students
For some continuing students, documents may already have been submitted to the Higher Education Council (HEC). Where we have been able to create a complete file from documents already held, this requirement may already show as 'satisfied'. However, if the criterion remains marked with a red cross, you must upload the requested documents.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding. These documents are required as part of a mandatory government registration process for all students studying at the University of Strathclyde Bahrain campus.
As part of the registration process, students studying on the Bahrain campus will have a criteria called ‘Registration and tuition fee arrangements confirmed’ showing on their online registration criteria checklist.
To get the green tick for the ‘Registration and tuition fee arrangements confirmed’ criteria you must make your registration tuition payment, or have confirmed your scholarship arrangements.
Additionally, if you are a continuing student, you must have paid any outstanding fees from previous sessions before you can complete registration.
To make your payment(s), you will receive an email to your university student email account from our secure payment provider, Ottu (pay@pay.universityofstrathclyde-bh.com), containing a personalised link to your invoice(s) to pay your tuition fees/registration payment.
Please add pay@pay.universityofstrathclyde-bh.com to your safe sender's list and check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find the email.
Complete registration
To complete your registration, you must:
- pay your tuition/registration fee invoice for the new academic year, or confirm your scholarship arrangements if you have a 100% scholarship
- clear any outstanding tuition fee debt from previous academic sessions
Once your payment has been verified, your registration criteria checklist will normally update within one to two working days. This means that the ‘Registration and tuition fee arrangements confirmed’ criteria will have a green tick. This is not automatic and must be checked by a member of staff, so at peak times there may be a short delay. If it has not been updated after three working days, please contact student-finance-bahrain@strath.ac.uk.
Regstration fee
All new students studying on the Bahrain campus will be required to pay a registration fee of 2500BHD at their first registration, even if you have applied or been awarded a scholarship, with the exception of a confirmed 100% scholarship.
If you believe that you have been awarded a 100% scholarship and the criteria is not satisfied, please contact student-finance-bahrain@strath.ac.uk. This email is only for Bahrain campus student payment enquiries and not for scholarship applications.
Following final confirmation of all scholarships, your Installment 2 and 3 invoices will each be 50% of your remaining tuition fee once all scholarship awards and the registration fee have been deducted.
If you're a continuing student with your scholarship arrangements confirmed, you will be invoiced for one third of your tuition fee at registration and instalments 2 and 3.
If you do not receive an invoice email, please double-check that you have added pay@pay.universityofstrathclyde-bh.com to your safe sender's list and check your junk or spam folder before contacting student-finance-bahrain@strath.ac.uk.
Once you've completed all of your registration tasks and each one is showing a green tick, the final step is to read and accept the Registration Terms & Conditions.
Once all registration tasks show a green tick, select 'Register Now'.
Congratulations – you are now officially registered at the University of Strathclyde, Bahrain.
We wish you every success in your studies and look forward to welcoming you to campus.
