Welcome to the University of Strathclyde Bahrain!
Before you become an official Strathclyder, you'll need to complete the University's online registration process.
Before registration opens, we'll email you everything you need to get started, including guidance on accessing registration, what you'll need before you begin, helpful resources and where to find support if you need it.
Registration will open online on 1 September 2026 for programmes starting in September. When registration opens, simply follow the steps below.

Registration help drop in sessions will be available from Sunday 13 September. Exact times and location will be confirmed in your induction week timetable, expected in early September.
- Find your login credentials:
Check your personal email for a message titled “Access to your student account”. This contains your university login credentials.
Note: these are not the same as your application login details - Set up password:
Follow the instructions in the email to set up your University password and gain access to your University accounts and services. - Complete multi-factor authentication:
To keep your account secure, you'll need to set up multi-factor authentication (MFA). MFA is the best way of keeping your account and your work secure and safe.
You'll only have to authenticate for University services when you're off campus. To register your devices for MFA and to find out more about it, visit the student MFA page.
Before you begin, please have the following to hand:
- your offer letter
- valid photo ID (such as your passport)
- your tuition fee payment details (for example, debit card, bank details, or sponsor documentation)
You can complete registration through StrathApp or Pegasus. We recommend using StrathApp for the best experience.
Open StrathApp and select 'Register Now' to access Pegasus, or sign in to Pegasus directly.
As you complete each task, red crosses will change to green ticks so you can track your progress.
Complete each of the following tasks:
- Module selection (if applicable)
- Confirm your personal and address details (see 'Step 4')
- Complete the Registration Questionnaire
- Complete criminal convictions declaration
- Upload your documents required for Higher Education Council.
- Pay your tuition fees (see 'Step 5')
- Read and accept registration terms and conditions (see 'Step 6')
As each task is completed, the red cross will change to a green tick. This may take a few moments to update.
You'll be asked to complete several tasks:
- confirm your personal details
- upload your student photo if you are a new student. The photo guidelines should be followed
- confirm your emergency & wellbeing contacts
- confirm your doctor details
These steps are essential for:
- university records
- your digital student card
- exam attendance
- emergency contact purposes

As part of the registration process, you will receive an email from our secure payment provider, Ottu (pay@pay.universityofstrathclyde-bh.com), containing a link to pay your tuition fees. Please check your junk or spam folder if you cannot find the email.
To complete your registration, you must:
- pay your tuition fee invoice for the new academic year
- clear any outstanding tuition fee debt from previous academic sessions
Once your payment has been verified, your registration will normally update within one to two working days.
If your payment has not been updated after three working days, please email studentexperience-bahrain@strath.ac.uk.
Once you've completed all of your registration tasks and each one is showing a green tick, the final step is to read and accept the Registration Terms & Conditions.
Once all registration tasks show a green tick, select 'Register Now'.
Congratulations – you are now officially registered at the University of Strathclyde, Bahrain.
