RegistrationUpload your documents - International (including EU/EEA & Swiss) students

Document checks will take at least three days to complete at peak periods.

If you are subject to UK immigration control and require a visa or leave to remain in order to enter or stay in the UK, you must provide evidence of your immigration status at registration.

If you hold a Student visa or another form of immigration permission (for example, a Dependent, BNO, or Refugee visa), the University is required by the Home Office to check your documents as part of the registration process.

If you are settled in the UK (for example, you hold Refugee Settlement, Indefinite Leave to Remain, or status under the EU Settlement Scheme), you must also provide evidence of this. You will need to generate and submit a share code so that your immigration status can be viewed online.

The Visa Compliance Team will review your documents and update your UKVI/Right to study requirement on Pegasus. Once all documents have been verified, your status on the registration dashboard will change from a red cross to a green tick.
