Please note a possible outcome from raising a complaint under this policy may be disciplinary action. At this point the disciplinary procedure may be instigated.
Depending on the procedure followed, the complainant may have the right of appeal on receipt of the outcome.
There is a concern that there is unacceptable behaviour
- Would the parties involved prefer to resolve the matter informally?
- If yes, skip to Informal procedure
- If no, skip to Formal procedure
