We provide dynamic innovation and entrepreneurship leadership to generate real economic and social impact.
Strathclyde’s innovation ethos supports the creation of new knowledge, products, know-how and ways of collaborating in commercialising products and services for economic growth.
New knowledge, products, know-how and ways of collaborating.
We develop and nurture creative, entrepreneurial innovation talent among our partner organisations, the local community, students, and alumni. By increasing and extending access to cutting edge innovation and enterprise learning, we provide the skill sets needed to lead and drive innovation and entrepreneurship, through executive development programmes, research and knowledge exchange project partnerships, and collaborative research centres.
We also engage in delivering innovation to businesses through experimentation, applied research and extensive knowledge exchange.
Supporting start-ups, spin-outs and innovative SMEs, the University of Strathclyde provides a comprehensive environment for innovative entrepreneurship, from pre-start-up, to the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation / Santander-supported Growth Advantage Programme aimed at SME leaders, and collaborating productively with innovative SMEs in our fields of technological specialisms.
