This Autumn, are you ready to go the extra mile? The Step Count Challenge returns!
We are collaborating with Paths for All as well as Sustainable Strathclyde for our 4-week Step Count Challenge.
The challenge will run from the 3rd Nov - 1st Dec and is a great way to take part in more day to day activity. You can walk, run, cycle, dance or even yoga your way to accumulating those steps!
Open to all University staff and students, please take the following quick and easy steps (excuse the pun!) to get started:
- Gather your team together and pick a team captain (teams must comprise of 5 people).
- Team Captains should email Colin on colin.paterson@strath.ac.uk to express interest. This must be done no later than Friday 31st October.
- Teams are allocated on a first come first serve basis, so if your team secures a place you will be sent further details. Team captains will then be able to register your team on the Paths For All webpage.
Good Luck!
