Summary

To support prospective students from all backgrounds intending to commence studies on undergraduate degrees offered at the University of Strathclyde, Bahrain, in September 2026, we are delighted to offer a number of partial sponsorships through the Chancellor’s Scholarship scheme.

The Chancellor’s Scholarships have a value equivalent to 20% of the tuition fee for the relevant course, and are awarded in each year of study.

Eligibility

The Chancellor’s Scholarships are open to students intending to study one of the following undergraduate degrees offered at the University of Strathclyde, Bahrain:

The awards are not available to students planning to enrol on courses delivered at the University of Strathclyde campus in Glasgow, or by distance or online learning.

In order to be considered for a Chancellor’s Scholarship, you must have already been made an offer of a place on an undergraduate degree at the University of Strathclyde, Bahrain with entry in September 2026.

All prospective University of Strathclyde, Bahrain students are eligible to apply for an award, regardless of their nationality or country of permanent residence.

These scholarships are limited and being offered on a competitive basis. To be considered you must complete the application form linked below. Following the deadline, applications will be reviewed and successful awardees will be offered a scholarship

Scholarships are awarded on the basis of the presentation of a strong case for funding, including outstanding academic and impactful extra-curricular achievements and your alignment with Strathclyde values.

Typically, students will not be eligible for a Chancellor’s Scholarship if they are also in receipt of scholarships or sponsorships from other funding bodies.
