Data Protection Policies

The University’s Data Protection Policy sets out, at a high level, how the University complies with data protection legislation.

The Appropriate Policy Document is a requirement when relying on some of the conditions for processing special category and criminal offence data, as set out in the Data Protection Act Schedule.
