Step Count Challenge

This Spring, are you ready to go the extra mile? The Step Count Challenge is back - bigger and stronger than ever!

We are collaborating with Paths for All as well as Sustainable Strathclyde for our 8-week Spring Step Count Challenge.

The challenge will run from the 5th May - 29th June and is a great way to take part in more day to day activity.

Open to all University staff and students, please take the following quick and easy steps (excuse the pun!) to get started:

  • Gather your team together and pick a team captain (teams must comprise of 5 people).
  • Team Captains should email Colin on colin.paterson@strath.ac.uk to express interest. This must be done no later than the 28th of April.
  • Teams are allocated on a first come first serve basis, so if your team secures a place you will be sent further details. Team captains will then be able to register your team on the Paths for all Webpage.
  • Get walking, wheeling, or cycling your way to a top score (cycling, swimming and even yoga will also count towards your step count total).

Good Luck!
