Growth Advantage Programme
Aimed at established businesses with a minimum £1 million turnover with real growth ambitions, the Growth Advantage Programme is led by peer learning expert John Anderson and delivered by Scotland's top entrepreneurship faculty at the Hunter Centre for Entrepreneurship, Strategy and Innovation at Strathclyde Business School.
It is unique in Scotland and offers a fresh alternative to more established growth programmes only available in England and overseas.
Help to Grow Management
A 12-week programme to help leaders of SMEs to develop. You will build your capabilities in areas such as leadership, innovation, digital adoption, employee engagement, marketing and financial management. This is delivered through a series of face-to-face workshops which fit in with your working commitments.
You’ll also have access to 10 hours individual mentoring from an experienced business owner to support you and your growth plan. The costs of the programme are heavily subsidised by the UK Government, meaning that you pay £750 for the programme.
Innovation & Industry Engagement Directorate
The Innovation & Industry Engagement Directorate is at the centre of Strathclyde's strategic commitment to delivering global economic and societal impact. Whether you are exploring a new commercial opportunity, an existing SME or a large corporate company, we invite you to engage with us and learn more about how we can help you address your business challenges and achieve success.
Knowledge Transfer Partnerships
A Knowledge Transfer Partnership (KTP) can help you to access the expertise you need to realise a strategic business opportunity.
It can help your organisation develop new products or processes, access new markets or improve your productivity. A KTP provides access to our academics who will work with you to embed new knowledge and capabilities within your organisation.
Find out more about KTPs at Strathclyde.
