Scottish Sensor Systems Centre (S3C)
About us
This £1.2m centre, set up in 2011 by Strathclyde, Glasgow and Aberdeen Universities, is supported by the Scottish Funding Council and industrial partners. The research uses artificial intelligence based models, supported by a wireless communications platform, enabling applications within many industry sectors.

Centre for Sensor and Imaging Systems (CENSIS)
In 2013, the S3C project extended into a new centre – Centre for Sensor and Imaging Systems (CENSIS). This is a new SFC flagship Industry Engagement Research Centre, working with Scottish Universities and local industry.
