Video Conferencing Webinar Service Webinar Booking & Enquiries

Strathclyde Video conferencing service offers Zoom and MS Teams webinars which allows you to broadcast a meeting /to many view-only attendees. As the host or a panelist, you can share your screen and attendees can use the chat or question and answer options to interact with the host and panellists.

Webinars can require preregistration with the option for the host to add custom registration questions, or registration can be turned off for attendees to join by simply clicking a link at the time of the webinar. Webinars can be held once, can reoccur in a series, or can be the same session held multiple times. Webinars can also be recorded if desired. If the recording option is selected MS Teams will store directly to Steam and the Zoom recordings upload links will be sent to the organisers.

For Strathclyde Zoom or MS Teams Webinar support, please fill in the webform below to contact videoconf@strath.ac.uk and they will be passed to the appropriate coordinator.
