As leaders in marketing research and education we are committed to undertaking high-quality collaborative research activity with leading academic, business, government and third sector partners. As such, 34% of our community’s published research outputs since 2018 are in the top 10% of their field worldwide for citations, including World Elite Journals such as Journal of Service Research, Journal of Consumer Research, Social Science and Medicine and Annals of Tourism Research. The department regularly attracts funding from major funding bodies such as: InnovateUK, Leverhulme Trust and the British Academy. All this is done in line with the University of Strathclyde’s Vision 2025 strategy.
