Summary

A number of 25% tuition fee scholarships are available to new MSc and PhD students who are currently employed by one of our NHS partners, through the University’s Health & Care Futures initiative.

Eligibility

In order to be awarded a 25% tuition fee scholarship through the Health and Care Futures initiative, candidates must:

Terms and conditions

  • Applicants must meet all of the above eligibility criteria to be considered for a 25% tuition fee scholarship through the Health & Care Futures initiative
  • To receive their scholarship, awardees must enrol in Year 1 of one of the above programmes in the 2023/24 or 2024/25 academic year and continue to meet all of the above eligibility criteria throughout their studies
  • The scholarship will be awarded towards the payment of a student’s tuition fee. For students studying for more than one academic year, the award will be made in each year of study, subject to academic progression
  • Students who defer their offer of admission will not be eligible
  • Scholarships will be awarded on a rolling basis. Awards may be allocated early in the application cycle
  • Students are only eligible to hold one scholarship per academic year from the University of Strathclyde
  • The Faculty of Science's decision on the awarding of scholarships is final. Appeals will not be considered
