Accept your offer

We ask that you reply to your offer within 21 days of receipt of your offer letter to secure your place on your programme; if you'll require additional time to reach a decision, please do not hesitate to contact us.

If you've applied via an agency, contact them directly to manage your offer.

If you require additional information in order to reach your decision, consider attending an online event with our admissions staff. You can view recordings of recent information sessions for your programme on our YouTube channel.

Meet the conditions of your offer

Review the details and conditions of your offer carefully.

If you receive an unconditional offer, you have met all requirements for entry to the course and have secured a place.

If you've been made a conditional offer, then you'll need to meet other requirements before your place is secured. You'll be able to view your outstanding conditions in your Pegasus application portal. Typically, this will relate to providing evidence of successful completion of any pending qualifications that you are required to achieve at a specified grade. In the case of applicants whose first language is not English, documenting evidence of your proficiency in English may be a further requirement.

International students must also meet the finance condition associated with their offer by making a tuition fee deposit payment or providing evidence of full scholarship/sponsorship.

Please note, we won't be able to issue your CAS until all conditions have been met. If you have any questions about the conditions of your offer, please do not hesitate to get in touch.

Apply for your visa

Once you have met the conditions of your offer, and if you'll require a Student Study visa, you'll be issued with your Confirmation of Acceptance for Study (CAS) which will allow you to begin the visa application process.

Complete online registration

The academic term is due to commence the week beginning 15th September, but some courses may have an earlier start date. Please carefully review the details of your offer for information on the start date of your programme.

Registration normally opens around mid-August for courses starting in September and it is important that you register before the course start date, so that you have access to your programme timetable and class materials.

Further information on completing online registration, including step-by-step guides can be found on the Registration webpage.

You'll only be able to complete registration once you have arrived in the UK and so it is important that you plan to arrive on time ahead of the start of term. You can complete some steps of the registration from overseas - including the mandatory online training courses - and we'd encourage you to do so as you wait to travel.
