 1 If no mark returned it is possible that the student was exempt from taking the class. This is recorded by changing the suffix on the class registration to 3, with no result entered. Enter an exemption result - 33xx - only if you are sure that the student took the class and was exempted from the examination only. 2 unusual before the board, should only be used if the department has specifically indicated that they consider the attempt to be covered by a medical certificate. 3 this result should be returned by a department only if the required warnings have been issued, and the student has been advised on how to qualify to take the exam at the next diet.
